I led a team of technical specialists in the SharePoint Professional Services team of Rackspace US, Inc. Cloud Office Professional Services. My role was to understand the business needs of customers, design IT solutions to address those needs that deliver exceptional value, and to shepherd the delivery of our services through to successful completion. My role included a combination of pre-sales engineering, business & process analysis, infrastructure architecture consulting, engagement management and service delivery.

At Valorem, I built and led the SharePoint Services practice. I owned the technical relationships with enterprise customers during projects and managed the SharePoint consulting services team. I managed projects, wrote proposals, and delivered strategic and tactical consulting services.
